Jose Mourinho cut into joint-FAVOURITE to become next Spurs manager

Jose Mourinho has had and is now the joint-favourite to take over at fighting Spurs.
The One has had his odds cut into short as 7/2 from 10/1 with just 2 big bookmakers, and is joint-favourite with each offering odds.
Paddy Power Games Ambassador and Marathon Bet join Leicester Citys Brendan Rodgers at the top of the heap, with now 6/1 best deal.
Nevertheless its been Mourinho – according to punters.
Since Spurs dropped to a grisly 7-2 defeat to Bayern Munich, 36% of all stakes have endorsed the prior Man Utd manager to be called the next permanent manager after Mauricio Pochettino.
Elsewhere, Massimiliano Allegri is receiving a little focus in the market, today an 11/2 third favourite in the race to take more than Poch.
Pochettinos position in the club seems to be a tough one, with the gaffer currently the obvious favorite (5/2) to be the next Premier League director to leave his post.
That means he leapfrogs that a cohort of other under-pressure bosses, with preceding favorite Marco Silva (currently 4/1) falling down the market at Pochettinos cost.
Other supervisors under the cosh such as Steve Bruce and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (equally 6/1) will breathe a sigh of relief after both drifting to be another manager expelled out of their article.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson:While Jose is not any doubt appreciating his lucrative extra-curricular actions away from the match, its becoming clear that his managerial itch needs scratching
Spurs will no doubt offer an appealing deal for Mourinho to handle them, but will The Special One withstand the inevitable improvements from his former employers in Madrid?

NASCAR: Busch Still Favored To Win 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup

The Dragon Energy NASCAR Cup Series playoffs are only eight weeks away and Kyle Busch is your +250 favorite to lift the trophy in the close of the season. However, he trails reigning winner Joey Logano in the standings at the stage and you can get Logano in +800.
Intertops has Busch as the favored at +250 followed by Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. at +600, Brad Keselowski and Logano in +800, Chase Elliott at +900, and Denny Hamlin in +1600 to round out the top drivers on the oddsboard.
No Worth On Harvick
Despite being able to locate Kevin Harvick third at the Dragon Energy NASCAR Cup Series standings, I believe he is very overvalued at +600 to win the championship this year. He’s not the dominant force he’s been over the past couple of years, failing to drive to victory lane yet this year and with only five top-five finishes and three stage wins.
I really do think that Harvick will be eligible for a playoff place unless something catastrophic occurs within the next few weeks, but advancing through the playoff stages will probably prove hard if he can’t find his mojo from last year. That being said, keep an eye on him as the year progresses if he can get back into a groove, as he has finished on the podium at Homestead-Miami, the final race of the year, in four of the last five races.
Busch Has Been Aggressive At Homestead-Miami
There’s no question that Kyle Busch will be in the playoffs and will be up on the wheel seeking to advance through the phases. The Nevada native is tied with Martin Truex Jr. for the season full of wins so far, with every catching four thirds episodes. Furthermore, he has the most top-five and top-10 finishes this year.
Why is Busch a decent bet is that when it comes to crunch time at Homestead-Miami to win the championship, he’s very strong. He has finished in the top five of the last seven runnings at that course, leading laps in each of the previous four, and he even won the 2015 race. I really don’t like to wager on a futures contract with such low likelihood of +250, but it can be the best price you can buy him at and he will definitely be in the hunt.

Does Beyonce have the ‘Spirit’ to win an Oscar for ‘The Lion King’ song after she was disqualified for ‘Dreamgirls’?

She could be coming for Oscar, although beyonce has 23 Grammys. She co-wrote the first tune”Spirit” for its live-action version of”The Lion King”; the song dropped on July 10 in advance of the movie’s opening on July 19. Do you believe that it’ll cross that off her bucket checklist? It’d be a moment of salvation after she was disqualified because of her songwriting donation to”Dreamgirls” 13 decades ago. Listen to “Spirit” above.
Written by Ilya Salmanzadeh and Labrinth together with Beyonce, the tune will be showcased in the movie as well as on”The Lion King: The Present,” a compilation album created and curated by Beyonce that will include the work of African artists and producers. Salmanzadeh has numerous songwriting credits for a variety of artists, including Ellie Goulding (“Love Me Like You Do”), Taylor Swift (“End Game”) and Ariana Grande (“No Tears Left to Cry,””God is a Woman”). Labrinth, meanwhile, recently released”LSD,” a collaboration album with Sia and Diplo.

Diamondbacks vs. Brewers MLB Pick – August 24th

The Arizona Diamondbacks came with no interest in playing to Milwaukee . The Brewers acquired out early into a 3-0 lead in the 1st inning and held on for an easy 6-1 victory. Merrill Kelly had an off night for the Diamondbacks at a match which he will want to forget about fast. Kelly ultimately finished with 8 hits and 6 earned runs allowed in 4.1 innings. This was all the runs for the Brewers, as the Diamondbacks bullpen settled in and pitched nicely after Kellys mess.
The Diamondbacks not came back with their offense playing like that, however. Jordan Lyles no-hit that the Diamondbacks but the Brewers failed to get the. Devin Williams and Jeremy Jeffress each surrendered a bang. By the end of the competition, the Brewers outhit the Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks must be much better than this to get a triumph in Milwaukee this weekend.
They are likely to have to be far better compared to that effort, Should they would like to be playing baseball in October. At this point, theres faint hope that the Diamondbacks will go into the postseason. They are not dead yet, but their opportunities are slim. The Diamondbacks enter Saturday down 5.5 matches at the National League Wild Card Game race. The Brewers are closer, but 3 matches back for a wildcard and also 3.5 rear of the Cardinals in the NL Central.
The Brewers will get to get hot soon. That does not sound like a lot of games, but they need to deal with, it is not a simple road. Lyles did all he might last night to give a few hope to the Brewers. Chase Anderson will look to duplicate that functionality Saturday against red-hot rookie Zac Gallen. Head under for our free Diamondbacks vs. Brewers select.
Betting odds supplied by bovada.lv
The way Zac Gallen has been pitching this season, Im not sure the Marlins are ecstatic about trading him off. It was a prospect for potential bargain along with the Diamondbacks are seeing results from this prospect. Gallen was solid with the Marlins, submitting a 2.72 ERA and seven starts. The trade has not seemed to bother him as he has improved since leaving Miami. Its only been three starts because a Diamondback and Gallen has been effective with a 1.80 ERA in 15 innings.
Having said that, Gallens resume hasnt been completely sterile. Yes, he permitted just 3 earned runs in ten innings. However, a closer look suggests that he needed to work very hard out of jams to make that possible. Gallen allowed 9 hits and a walk in 4 innings. He had been lucky to have from Coors Field with only two.
The same thing occurred in his second outing. He gave up just 1-run in 6 innings, but got into trouble. Gallen yielded 5 hits and 6 walks, as his hands was a little all over the place. That can catch as much as a young pitcher immediately.
Gallens opponent tonight is coming his most ugly excursion of the season from. Chase Anderson never needed it contrary to the Nationals, as he had been rocked for 9 hits and 10 earned runs. Anderson was pitching well, without allowing more than just 3 runs in a game with ten games.
He allowed less or 2 . Anderson has been quite good from the Diamondbacks from the past, because they are hitting just .214 with 1 home run. Anticipate Chase to make a dip back performance against the Diamondbacks in this one. Gallen was hanging on by a thread the past two games. Search to eventually get to him.

Granit Xhaka hits back at Arsenal critics after Tottenham draw

Granit Xhaka has hit back at his critics and insists Arsenal deserve much more credit than they receive.
Xhaka came under scrutiny in the weekend after he fouled Heung-min Son to give away a penalty in the 2-2 draw with Tottenham.
Arsenal fought back from two goals down to secure a point and Xhaka says that the Gunners have been criticised for their start to the match.
“Obviously critics are always here,” he explained. “The north London derby,” I believe we had a fantastic game. I made a mistake but if you saw the match, we could have won.
“We had lots of opportunities but this is football. The possibilities are not spoken about by anybody, nobody talks about how many we overlooked. They constantly speak about the errors.
“This is part of football.”
Xhaka is off on international duty with Switzerland, that face the Republic of Ireland at a Euro 2020 qualifier on Thursday – live on Sky Sports.
Switzerland are to be able to concentrate on his Liverpool career, without Xherdan Shaqiri, who has requested not to be considered for soccer.
Reports in Switzerland have suggested Shaqiri is miserable with the decision to appoint Xhaka as captain of the side of manager Vladimir Petkovic.
However, Xhaka has also played down rumours of a rift from the Switzerland camp.
“I can only speak about just how important he is with this particular team,” said Xhaka.
“He is a great player, fantastic quality. He will help us and we are extremely disappointed he is not here.
“But we have other players as well who’ve caliber.
“I really don’t want to talk about why and exactly what happened, since I do not understand the reasons precisely, but we’ve lost a large player for these matches.”
The Guy Havord of sky talked to Palao Laurenti of Swiss Radio who triumphed a issue is with Shaqiri and national coach.
Laurenti said:” This was a big surprise because he is one of the greatest national players to us.
“It does not look like he is getting the best time in Liverpool, he is not enjoying very much.
“There are some rumours that the relationship between the trainer aren’t so good.
“He expected the captain’s armband and people believe Shaqiri is mad at the choice.
“We do expect him to go back to the squad after the two qualifiers against Ireland and Gibraltar.”
