Tom Lawrence named in Wales squad to face Slovakia and Croatia
Wales manager Ryan Giggs has named Tom Lawrence within his group to face Croatia and Slovakia later this month.
Lawrence was included despite being billed a month, later being involved following with Derby County.
The 25-year-old is due to appear in Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on October 15, alongside club team-mate Mason Bennett, who has also been charged with drink-driving.
Wales face Slovakia at a Euro 2020 qualifier at Trnava on October 10 before World Cup finalists Croatia and the Cardiff City Stadium on October 13 visit – .
Central defender Ashley Williams returns to the squad after being left outside to the wins of last month over Belarus and Azerbaijan.
Williams was without a club in the time after being released with Everton but has joined Championship side Bristol City.
Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey comes back to the squad while Daniel James along with Gareth Bale have also been included.
Wales are now fourth in their eligibility category, having taken six points.
