49ers vs. Broncos NFL Pick – Preseason Week 2

Freeman is a guy to watch on, as he completes his second season in the NFL. He ended 521 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns for a pretty good rookie effort. That was with lost two games due to an ankle injury.
If Freeman stays healthy, expect big numbers out of him. He rushed for 16.3 yards per carry last week from the Seahawks for 49 yards on only 3 carries. Coupled with Lindsay, the Broncos have been in great shape at the backfield.
Together with the Broncos giving Lock a hefty exercise this week, the 49ers are going to give a couple of youngsters work . There is a QB battle going on behind Garoppolo, together with Nick Mullens and C.J. Beathard at a virtual tie now for the backup function. Beathard played in six games per year ago and has been decent, with 8 touchdowns and seven interceptions. In addition, he played seven matches in 2017, so he has starting experience.
