Texas Tech vs Virginia
Scott’s Pick: Virginia -1.5
Both teams rely on their defensive skills to win games, and the Cavaliers’ defense is only a notch above the Raiders’. Virginia averages more rebounds than Texas Tech by almost 1 board per game. The Red Raiders are very good at creating turnovers for extra offensive opportunities but that may be thwarted in this match as the Cavs average the fewest giveaways per game. In general, I think Virginia is the better team and will be the team cutting down the nets for the national title.
