MAN CITY
As mentioned, Manchester City are topping the charts that are pre-tournament with bookies and punters. Their draw may have something to do with it. City face Atalanta, Dinamo Zagreb and Shakhtar Donetsk in Group C. Priced at 1/6 to acquire the group, they’ve accrued 57 percent of bets since the draw, ahead of 100/1 outsiders Dinamo Zagreb with 24 percent.
LIVERPOOL
The defending champions will confront Napoli once more, with RB Salzburg and Genk making up the rest of Group E. Liverpool are all odds-on favourites to win the group at 4/9 and dominate the betting as well with 67 percent.
SPURS
They have all the way into the last year, when priced in 28/1 to win the competition. Tottenham are out from the marketplace now at 33/1. Poch and co. possess a comparatively favourable draw, confronting Bayern Munich, Olympiacos and Crvena Zvezda in Group B. They’re 7/4 second chance to win the group, and trail Bayern with punters too, accruing 36 percent of bets for their 64%.
CHELSEA
